ROTARIAN OF THE YEAR FOR 2012-2013

Mary Lou Decou has been honoured as Rotarian of the Year for 2012-2013 by the Windsor-St. Clair Rotary Club. A member since 2009, she presently serves as President-Elect and will assume leadership of the club July 1, 2014. Before joining the Windsor St. Clair Club, she was a member for many years of the Rotary Club of St. Catharines-Lakeshore where she served as President and before that a member of Rotary in Timmins, Ontario.

Since arriving in Windsor, Mary Lou has epitomized the values of Rotary International and service to the community through her involvement with club activities on all levels. She has participated in committee work, played a key role in major club projects and can always be depended on when something needs to be done. Most notably, she headed the 2013 Rotary Auction on TV Cogeco, the club major fundraiser, where she exhibited a dedication and commitment to success which is unparalleled.
